A 3-piece tuxedo for a wedding

One of the most elegant of attire for evening events, the classic 3-piece tuxedo is the best solution for the groom's attire for a wedding dinner. This here was made for an Iranian who is marrying his Beijingese bride right here in Malaysia. Cloth is a black twill worsted by Vitale Barberis Canonico, fully canvassed in the Bendahara model. The peak lapels are in genuine silk-wool by Drapers --- this is a true rarity as most tailors use a synthetic satin which they claim to be silk. Shirt with regular spread collar with a Marcella front.

Instead of a cummerbund, I favour a horseshoe vest. I find a vest to be a better waist-dressing than a cummerbund.
